Application Form & Participation Terms

This form is for applying to exhibit at KIBEX 2027 (the 9th Korea International Beer Expo). By submitting it, you agree to the participation terms below.
Booth locations are assigned at the organizer's discretion, taking into account special pavilions, participation size, order of application and exhibits.
The deposit (50% of the total) must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date, and the final balance and utility & service fees must be paid by the deadline set by the secretariat. Booth assignment may be canceled if payment is not made.
Cancellation fee: 50% until December 31, 2026 / 80% from January 1 to March 6, 2027 / 100% after March 6, 2027.
Utilities & services (electricity, water supply & drainage, internet, etc.) are requested and settled separately on the utilities & services page after participation is confirmed.
The business registration certificate, logo and product images you submit are used only for exhibitor verification and promotion.
