I had a great time with KIBEX friends for a long time last week.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for warmly welcoming me, KIBEX, and Team Korea during our visits to Germany in November and Belgium in December. It was truly a pleasure to meet you and share insights on the beer industry together.

At BrauBeviale in Nuremberg, we had meaningful discussions about the future and innovation in new products and explored global solutions for revitalizing the beer industry with participating companies. These conversations were inspiring and underscored the importance of collaboration in shaping the industry’s future.

In Bamberg, our visits to Kaspar Schulz and Weyermann Malt allowed us to experience diverse beers and connect with a vibrant beer community. These encounters enriched Team Korea's perspectives on beer and its culture.

Lastly, at the Fermentis Sharing Day in Ghent this December, we gained invaluable insights into product innovation, yeast utilization, and beer knowledge through technical presentations, interactive sessions, and a tour of their newly opened facility. These experiences further fueled our excitement about the future of Korea’s beer industry.

Looking ahead, I am thrilled to share that KIBEX 2025 will be held from April 10 to 12 at Hall B, COEX, in Seoul. Co-located with KIBCON (Int'l Beer Conference) and KIBA (Int'l Beer Awards), this event promises to bring together global suppliers and industry leaders in an inspiring business expo.
